Background And Importance: Ventral midbrain glioma is an extremely rare lesion in adults. The endoscopic endonasal approach is potentially a better alternative to transcranial approach for this challenging lesion and has not been described in the literature.

Clinical Presentation: A 22-yr-old woman previously operated through an interhemispheric approach for ventral midbrain glioma with extension in the suprasellar cistern presented with severe headache and diplopia.

In the case of thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) based on nonpolar polypropylene (PP) and polar rubbers, a small quantity of a third component known as the compatibilizer is added to maximize the compatibility between the incompatible blend components. Generally, one part of the compatibilizer reacts with the nonpolar PP phase and the other part of the compatibilizer reacts with the polar rubber phase, which in turn produces TPEs with useful properties. Till today, there have been no reports in the literature that examine the effect of a compatibilizer that can have multifaceted interactions with the incompatible blend components for the development of TPEs with unique properties.

Sepiolite nanoclay needles have been selectively localized either in the natural rubber (NR) phase or in the carboxylated nitrile rubber (XNBR) phase of the XNBR/NR (50/50) blend prepared by the solution casting method. In a systematic manner, the role of the difference value between the interaction parameter of individual blend components (NR or XNBR)/solvent and the interaction parameter of sepiolite nanoclay/solvent in selectively localizing the sepiolite nanoclay to the NR phase or the XNBR phase of the XNBR/NR (50/50) blend has been explored. A higher percentage of sepiolite nanoclay resides in the dispersed NR phase when the difference value between the interaction parameter of NR/solvent and the interaction parameter of sepiolite nanoclay/solvent is lower than the difference value between the interaction parameter of XNBR/solvent and the interaction parameter of sepiolite nanoclay/solvent.

Background: Although the need for multi-faceted and multi-sectoral approaches to address the multidimensional issue of child marriage is well-acknowledged, there is a dearth of documented experience on the process of implementing and managing such programmes.

Methods: WHO evaluated a district-level, government-led multi-sectoral intervention to address child marriage in Jamui, Bihar and Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, implemented by MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child (MAMTA). We evaluated the intervention's design, implementation, monitoring, and outputs and identified key challenges and successes.

Background: Child marriage is being increasingly recognized globally as a fundamental violation of human rights. Child marriages occur globally in varying degrees across countries and regions. South Asia alone accounted for almost half of the total number of child marriages that have occurred globally.
