A 70-year-old male underwent a Transurethral Resection of Prostate for the management of obstructive voiding symptoms. On cystoscopy, papillary frond-like lesions up to 2cm in size were encountered, overlying the right side of the prostatic urethra. Histopathology from the resection revealed clear cell adenocarcinoma (CCA) of the prostatic urethra.

Neuroendocrine differentiation in the prostate gland ranges from clinically insignificant neuroendocrine differentiation detected with markers in an otherwise conventional prostatic adenocarcinoma to a lethal high-grade small/large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma. The concept of neuroendocrine differentiation in prostatic adenocarcinoma has gained considerable importance due to its prognostic and therapeutic ramifications and pathologists play a pivotal role in its recognition. Giant testicular tumour, with volume greater than 10 times a normal testicle, is a rare presentation of testicular cancer. This is of particular note in nations where public health campaigns and high literacy rates generally lead to early detection and cure.
