Neck paragangliomas are relatively rare neuroendocrine nonsecretory tumors. They are mainly observed among adults and are often asymptomatic, causing a frequent delay in diagnosis. In pediatric cases, neck paragangliomas can be associated with adrenergic symptoms that may lead to complications.
