Development of rapid and sensitive immunoassays is a task of great importance in a variety of fields ranging from clinical practice and urgent diagnostics to food quality control and environmental monitoring. High attention of researches is paid to methods of screening, selection, and kinetic characterization of antibodies that enable fast, specific, and effective formation of immunocomplexes. Herein, we present a method for direct investigation of kinetics of immunoreagents during developments of express high sensitive lateral flow assays.

Materials And Methods: For the period 20072018, the register includes 76 patients with the diagnosis of pericarditis (average age 53.115.
The data represent in-depth characterization of a novel method for highly sensitive simultaneous measuring in human serum of both critical parameters of autoantibodies: concentration and native kinetics. The latter refers to autoantibody interaction with free, not immobilized, antigen. The method and related biosensors are based on the spectral-correlation and spectral-phase interferometry.

Morbid "ity parameters were calculated according to deep medical investigation results in periodic examinations of drivers and their appealability to medical office. General hygienic evaluation of work conditions was performed according to increment in risk of diseases for length of service years (annual risk increase).

Morbidity rate indices were calculated on results of the profound medical examination at annual periodic surveys of workers. There were analyzed ecological and ergonomic indices of working conditions, including an estimation of physiological intensity of the work.

On workplaces of an oil refining factory for an estimation of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts the criterion of tiresomeness of work - speed of decrease in working capacity on hours on hours of the working day. Conditions of the industrial environment, physiological intensity of work (density and rate of labour actions), dynamics of parameters of a functional state of an organism of workers, data about symptoms of acute and chronic weariness were analyzed. It is supposed, that at absence of harmful factors of the industrial environment the opportunity of lengthening of a work day till 12-hour is defined by physiological intensity of work - a combination of duration of the working day and week with density and rate of labour actions.

The article covers materials of physiologic evaluation of work intensity through pulse measurements. The authors stress drawbacks of present norms for average shift pulse rate. To evaluate work intensity, the researchers suggest normal value of pulse rate change at the 7th work hour vs at the 2nd hour.

It is a ratio of area covered by the kinetic curve of tumor growth in the study group and that in control. The index is intended to describe the efficacy of therapy in terms of degree and duration of the effect.

The author describes a method for hygienic regulation of work intensity. The parameters used are "average shift working pace" and "physiologic intensity of work" that summarize three time characteristics of occupational activities--working week duration, density of working time (presence of breaks and pauses within a shift), working pace.

Functional studies of hands strain covered 2351 women who performed multiple manual maneuvers with absent, mild and moderate efforts. Considered reasons of the functional strain were: number of the maneuvers per shift, applied efforts, work intensity, length of service, previous work hardiness, hand efforts beyond the worktime, specific traits of workers (age, health state). Functional strain of hands was assessed by means of an Articular Pain Index which is general evaluation of severity, intensity and frequency of pain in hand joints.

Scale measures were computed for survey questions relating to both occupational and nonoccupational behavior and also for questions relating to knowledge of any worry about HIV infection. Regression analysis to assess the influence of demographic characteristics, knowledge, and worry on occupational and nonoccupational behavior indicated that (1) medical students are more likely to implement behaviors to protect themselves from occupational exposure to HIV infection than from nonoccupational exposure and (2) students who worried more about HIV infection reported less at-risk occupational behavior.

Study Design: Ring segments of chorionic plate arteries (3 to 5 mm inner diameter) were obtained after normal vaginal deliveries. Active force in response to 10(-6) mol/L angiotensin II or 10(-4) mol/L arachidonic acid was measured in the presence or absence of 10(-6) mol/L indomethacin to inhibit cyclooxygenase.
