- - The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness, safety, and patient tolerance of hysterosalpingo-foam sonography (HyFosy) compared to other tests for assessing tubal patency, using data from 20 studies published between 2012 and January 2023.
- - Results showed that HyFosy matched laparoscopy results in 94% of cases and had similar effectiveness to hysterosalpingography (HSG) for identifying tubal patency, but was associated with less pain and side effects.
