Open surgical repair of axillosubclavian artery injuries is technically demanding and associated with significant morbidity and mortality. Endovascular intervention has emerged as a valuable alternative to open surgical repair. This report presents three cases with axillosubclavian artery injuries managed with endovascular intervention.
