Safety and Efficacy of [Lu]-PSMA-I&T Radioligand Therapy in Octogenarians with Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer: Report on 80 Patients over the Age of 80 Years.

Lu-labeled prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) radioligand therapy (RLT) is a new treatment option for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). Its low toxicity profile favors use in elderly patients or in patients with critical comorbidities. The purpose of this analysis was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of [Lu]-PSMA RLT in mCRPC patients at least 80 y old.
