Minimum energy laser pilonidotomy (MELPi): a multicenter study of a novel method in pilonidal disease.

Laser surgery, a minimally invasive procedure for the definitive approach to pilonidal disease (PD), has been frequently studied in recent years. This study aims to describe a new pilonidotomy method using minimal laser energy and evaluate its initial results. This is a retrospective multicenter study.
