Purpose: To explore the outcomes and factors influencing vaginal trial labor in primiparas with term singleton fetuses.
Methods: A retrospective analysis of 9174 first-time mothers who opted for a vaginal trial of labor at Peking University First Hospital from October 2019 to September 2022 was performed. The primary outcomes included the outcome of the trial of labor and influencing factors.
Introduction And Hypothesis: The objective was to evaluate the long-term subjective efficacy of the tension-free vaginal tape-obturator (TVT-O) technique in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI).
Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 84 patients who underwent TVT-O surgery for SUI in a tertiary center between January 2007 and December 2013. All patients filled in the Urinary Incontinence Quality of Life Questionnaire (I-QOL), the International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire Short Form (ICIQ-SF), and the Pelvic Organ Prolapse/Urinary Incontinence Sexual Questionnaire short form (PISQ-12).
Background: Postpartum depression is a common and serious mental health problem that is affecting an increasing percentage of the world's population. We aimed to evaluate the prevalence of postpartum depressive symptoms in Beijing, China, during the COVID-19 pandemic and identify several potential risk factors.
Methods: This was a cross-sectional observational study conducted at Peking University First Hospital from 2020 to 2021.
Objective: To evaluate the effects of pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) and perineal massage during late pregnancy on postpartum pelvic floor function in nulliparas.
Design: Randomised controlled trial.
Setting: The Peking University First Hospital, a teaching hospital in China.
Background: The relationship between pelvic organ prolapse (POP), an aging-related disease, and the senescence-related protein mitofusin 2 (Mfn2) has rarely been studied. The aim of the present study was to explore the therapeutic effects of the downregulation of Mfn2 expression by stem cells on POP through animal experiments. Methods: First, a rat POP model was constructed by ovariectomy and traction.

Objectives: Transcription factor 3 (TCF3, or E2A) is a multifunctional bHLH (basic helix loop helix) transcription factor. The role of TCF3 expression in cancer and the multiple cell signaling pathways that regulate or are influenced by TCF3 are unclear. Therefore, the expression level of TCF3 in patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) is discussed in this study.
