In order to ensure personal safety and prevent injury accident in machine tool operation, an infrared machine tool safety system was designed with infrared transmitting-receiving module, memory self-locked relay and voice recording-playing module. When the operator does not enter the danger area, the system has no response. Once the operator's whole or part of body enters the danger area and shades the infrared beam, the system will alarm and output an control signal to the machine tool executive element, and at the same time, the system makes the machine tool emergency stop to prevent equipment damaged and person injured.

Using reflective near infrared sensor, radio receiving/transmitting module and four-in-one function mix count integrated circuits, the radio control infrared counter was studied when a product enters the infrared surveillance area, part of the infrared signal will be reflected by the product, received by the photosensitive tube installed parallel with the transmitting tube, and transformed to a similar frequency electric signal, which is amplified by the internal circuits of infrared sensor module. After comparing and processing, a high level signal will be output to start transmitting module. When the receiving device receives the radio control encoded signal, it will demodulate and decode the signal, and send out an encoded pulse.

A radio control alarm system was developed, which is composed of a pyroelectric infrared detecting module, a radio receiving/transmitting module, a digital encoding/decoding IC, and a voice recoding/playing module. When somebody enters the surveillance area, the infrared sensor will receive and transform the radiant energy into electric signal, which is amplified by internal circuits, and then generates a control signal to start transmitting system. As the encoded pulse is modulated by the transmitting module, a radio control signal will be spread to space; When received, the signal will be demodulated, amplified, shaped and decoded to trigger the recoding/playing circuits, which play the recoded voice to awake watch people.

Using the infrared ray of human body, which is received and magnified by pyroelectric infrared sensor to form a certain voltage control signal, and using the control signal to trigger a voice recording-reproducing circuit, a pyroelectric infrared detector voice device with auto-control function designed. The circuit adopted new pyroelectric infrared detector assembly and voice recording-reproducing assembly. When someone is present in the detectable range of the pyroelectric infrared detector, first, the pyroelectric infrared sensor will transform the incepted radiation energy to a electric signal, which is then magnified and compared by an inside circuit, and an output control signal, touches off the voice recording-reproducing assembly with the reproducer sending out a beforehand transcribed caution voice to wise the man who does not know well the surrounding condition that the frontage is a danger zone and should not be approched.

If there is a man or an object within a certain distance behind the backing automobile, part of the infrared signal will be reflected by the man or the object, and received by the photosensitive tube installed with a transmitting tube, and transformed to a similar frequency electric signal.
