Erythema multiforme following exposure to the herbicide atrazine.

Erythema multiforme is an acute hypersensitivity eruption with sharply demarcated papules and plaques. It has many known causes, from herpes simplex virus and drugs to malignancy and environmental factors. Although other herbicides have been linked to erythema multiforme, no previous reports have described a link with atrazine.

Introduction: Today we all are talking for "Swatch Bharat", but street workers are the real fighters who are working for this. Street working environment exposes to lot of organic and inorganic dust and chronic inhalation of dust during street sweeping which may increases respiratory health symptoms among them. This study was planned to study the effect of work on health of street workers primarily respiration function.

Infiltrated papules on the trunk and headaches: A case of actinic granuloma and a review of the literature.

Actinic granuloma is a rare granulomatous reaction that is more commonly seen in females and thought to occur as an autoimmune response to actinic damage of elastic tissue. We discuss a case of a patient with actinic granuloma presenting with concomitant temporal arteritis. Our case and review of the literature emphasize the association between actinic granuloma and temporal arteritis, a serious inflammatory condition that could lead to blindness if misdiagnosed.

Advances in the management of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.

While most cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas are easily managed, there is a high-risk subset of tumors that can cause severe morbidity and mortality. Common use of prescription off-label acne therapy in children younger than 12 years old.

Acne is occurring more frequently in younger age groups, but most available treatments are considered off-label in young children. As the epidemiology of acne has changed to include younger children over the past 20 years, neither regulators, pharmaceutical companies, nor clinicians have understood the need or value of obtaining regulatory sanctions for problems physicians have managed using clinical judgment. Background: Men who have sex with men (MSM), a unique group of people, feel, and believe they will face hardships in society once their identity is disclosed, but this does not deter them from dressing and behaving like the opposite sex in public life or fighting for their rights.

Objectives: To study the mental health status of MSM and their determinants.
