Herein, we present a direct method employing fully resolved isotopic envelopes, enabled by high resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS), to identify and quantify isobaric impurity ions resulting from the deletion or addition of a uracil (U) or cytosine (C) nucleotide from or to the full-length sequence. These impurities may each encompass multiple sequence variants arising from various deletion or addition sites.

Thirty percent of these BLAs were biosimilars, while only one biosimilar BLA was approved prior to 2016. This analysis evaluated the use of a variety of MS techniques and instrumentation.

Aim: As part of a larger study, the aim was to undertake a comparative analysis of postgraduate nurse education in Indonesia and Australia.
Design: Detailed literature review across academic and grey literature and semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders in Indonesia (n = 52) and Australia (n = 13) representing education, governments, professional nursing organisations, and rural, remote and urban health care providers.
Background: Holistic admission processes are needed to promote diversity in nursing students. Previous research had identified different variables related to the average grade point at the end of the first semester. There is a need to examine if those variables are associated with ongoing student success.

Mass spectrometry has been widely applied to detect and quantify trace amounts of nitrosamines in pharmaceuticals. As part of an effort by regulatory authorities to assess the measurement variation in the determination of nitrosamines, an inter-laboratory study was performed by the laboratories from six regulatory agencies with each of the participants using their own analytical procedures to determine the amounts of nitrosamines in a set of identical samples.

Unlabelled: The purpose of this study is to identify and describe all published cases of breast implant-associated squamous cell carcinoma (BIA-SCC) to gain a greater understanding of the incidence, presentation, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis and to support development of recommendations that promote prompt diagnosis and management in clinical practice.
Methods: A scoping review of PubMed and social media sites was performed in August and September 2022 to identify published cases of SCC arising in the breast capsule. No limits were set on search results.
Background: Global nursing shortages require effective recruitment strategies and understanding of individuals' motivations to enter the profession. These can be complex and bound by numerous factors such as gender and culture. While much research around this has been conducted, little has been undertaken in non-Western cultures where motivations could be different.

Here, we report the draft genomic sequence for K. pneumoniae 060517CS3-g, isolated from retail ground chicken meat, which has several antibiotic resistance genes, multiple plasmids, and genes that may result in its hypervirulence based on the sequence data.

Continuing professional development is a key component in ensuring knowledge and practice meet contemporary demands and best practice.
Objective: To examine professional development needs for registered nurses working in Indonesia.
Background: The American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The Plastic Surgery Foundation launched GRAFT, the General Registry of Autologous Fat Transfer, in October of 2015. This web-accessible registry addresses the need for prospective and systematic data collection, to determine the rates of unfavorable outcomes (complications) of fat grafting. Understanding and avoiding the factors that lead to complications can help establish safe practices for fat grafting.

Surgical excision and wound reconstruction are indicated for severe or refractory disease. This study aims to explore institutional reconstructive outcomes following hidradenitis suppurativa excision and compare these to the nationally recognized Tracking Operations and Outcomes for Plastic Surgeons (TOPS) database to determine best-practice guidelines.

However, these strategies have had limited efficacy in patients with solid tumors. To better understand the challenges involved, the National Cancer Institute (NCI) convened an initial workshop with immuno-oncology thought leaders in December 2018 and a follow-up workshop in December 2020.

However, the nitrite concentrations used were greater than the range detected in acidic gastric fluid in prior clinical studies.
Objective: To characterize NDMA formation following the addition of ranitidine to simulated gastric fluid using combinations of fluid volume, pH levels, and nitrite concentrations, including physiologic levels.
strain FEX669 was isolated from retail ground chicken and shown to contain the extraintestinal pathogenic (ExPEC) virulence genes , and Because this presumptive ExPEC strain was isolated from a retail food item and it was a weak biofilm former, it was characterized using whole-genome sequencing using the PacBio RS II platform. Genomic analysis showed that the FEX669 chromosome is 4,973,943 bp long, with a GC content of 50.47%, and is accompanied by a ColV plasmid that is 237,102 bp long, with a GC content of 50.

Methods: The CLES + T was completed by 292 nursing students. Inter-item correlations, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, and evidence of validity were used to examine reliability and validity.
The genes encode a set of homologous transmembrane proteins whose functions are not well understood. Biallelic mutations in either or are detected in more than half of cases of the pre-malignant skin disease epidermodysplasia verruciformis (EV). It is controversial whether EV induced by mutations in TMC6 or TMC8 originates from keratinocyte or lymphocyte defects.

However, few studies have applied multiple antimicrobials simultaneously with HPP, which could be an additional hurdle for microbial inactivation. The present study applied a full factorial design to investigate the impact of HPP (225-325 MPa; 10-20 min), allyl isothiocyanate (AITC) (0.
