Purpose: To investigate topical nepafenac drops (TND) effect on retinal vasculature following uneventful phacoemulsification.
Methods: 54 eyes were randomly assigned to G1: TND 3 days preoperatively and 1 month postoperatively; G2: TND for 1 month postoperatively; and G3 no TND (control). BCVA, macular OCTA were compared baseline, 1 week and 1 month.
