Intratumoral delivery and localized chemotherapy have demonstrated promise in tumor treatment; however, the rapid drainage of therapeutic agents from well-vascularized tumors limits their ability to achieve maximum therapeutic efficacy. Therefore, innovative approaches are needed to enhance treatment efficacy in such tumors.
