Background: Higher education institutions need to put change management as a pivotal part of their strategy. The challenge is to effectively contextualize existing change management models to the respective work environment. The disease is characterized by recurrent attacks of fever and serosal inflammation as manifested by abdominal and chest pain. This case report presents an FMF case with a 3-year history of pain crises consisting of severe abdominal pain and fever, lasting up to 72 h.
