Background: Vulvar Paget disease (VPD) is a rare neoplastic condition exhibiting extensive multifocal involvement. It is clinically difficult to distinguish the margins of VPD from normal skin resulting in involved surgical margins leading to frequent lesion persistence and repeated excisions. Recently, fluorescein mapping has shown promise in providing accurate surgical margins in VPD.

Purpose: One of the greatest challenges with the finding of adducted thumbs in the prenatal setting is the determination of whether this finding is associated with an underlying genetic syndrome. The aim of the present study is to describe the characteristics and outcome of prenatal sonographic diagnosis of adducted thumbs.
