Introduction: Specialized Health Training is a postgraduate training pathway in which physicians and nurses can choose to continue their learning and obtain the qualification of specialist professional in a specific field. The training is eminently practical with different clinical tracks in which nurses and physicians are tutored by clinician tutors. Our research aims to describe the experiences and perceptions of clinician tutors related to their own teaching performance and training needs.

The clinical learning environment, which includes the culture of clinical units, the mentoring process, and the different health organizations, influences the learning process of nursing students. However, scarce literature has been published on the impact of the clinical learning environment on first-year nursing students in long-term care. Introduction: There are more than 165,000 mobile applications (apps) related to health (mHealth) available to patients, promoting their empowerment and reducing healthcare costs; but not all are reliable , safe and quality.

Objective: To analyze the use of mHealth for patients in a Primary Care Center (CAP).

Method: Cross-sectional study based on surveys of 274 patients, aged 16 to 65 years attending nursing consultation CAP Santa Eulalia Sud (L'Hospitalet de LLobregat) that have a mobile device with Internet.

Primary Health Care sets up an area influenced by the relationship between professionals and users, in which different disciplines, such as nursing, develop their learning procedures both in graduate and postgraduate training. A case report is presented of a newborn who was seen by the paediatric nurse a Primary Care clinic, and whose parents had mental disabilities. They had been followed up for years by the social services in their area, due to difficulties and limitations in their personal, social and employment development. They were also living in unhealthy conditions, so in order to address the problem, a multidisciplinary team of professionals from different areas was formed.
