Epithelioid leiomyoma of the Uterus.

Epithelioid leiomyoma is a rare uterine tumor. Classically, it has been discovered incidentally in uteri that have been removed because of other pathology. Two cases of this tumor, which appear to be the first diagnosed before hysterectomy, are added to the literature.
