In the Russian Federation, it is legally determined that telemedicine technologies are considered as any actions with any data obtained during a remote communication between doctors (councils, consultations), remote medical patient monitoring, including using medical devices. Medical devices with a function of remote transmission of the measurement data are used to detect diseases in some workers that impede their duty performance. There are hardly any publications on the experience of using such devices in other aspects of medical care.

In this study, we set out to investigate whether and how endogenous serotonin affects reprogramming to pluripotency. As serotonin is synthesized from tryptophan by the rate limiting enzymes tryptophan hydroxylase-1 and -2 (TPH1 and TPH2), we have assessed the reprogramming of TPH1- and/or TPH2-deficient mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) to induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs).

In this paper, using genetic and pharmacological approaches, we have investigated the role of electron transport chain (ETC) complex-I (CI) of mitochondria in the process of cell reprogramming to pluripotency. Knockdown of NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase core subunits S1 (Ndufs1) or subunit B10 (Ndufb10) of the CI or inhibition of this complex with rotenone during mouse embryonic fibroblast (MEF) reprogramming resulted in a significantly decreased number of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs).

The DNA damage response (DDR) modulators are considered as promising candidates for use in combination therapy to enhance the efficacy of DNA-damage-mediated cancer treatment. The inhibitors of histone deacetylases (HDACis) exhibit selective antiproliferative effects against transformed and tumor cells and could enhance tumor cell sensitivity to genotoxic agents, which is partly attributed to their ability to interfere with DDR.

According to results of research study, in 2016-2017, the number of Internet users among schoolchildren was 96% of boys and 97% of girls and at that 44% of boys and 60% of girls spend 3 hours or more on the Internet daily. Quite often excessive infatuation for Internet is combined with psychoactive substances abuse. The purpose of the study is to identify features of abuse of drug and other toxicomanic substances among adolescents who used the Internet continuously on daily basis.

Insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 (IGFBP3) is a multifunctional protein, able either to stimulate the cell growth or to promote apoptosis. In particular, IGFBP3 plays significant role in propagation of stress-induced senescence in human endometrium-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MESCs) (Vassilieva et al., 2020).

In Russia, the society shares the opinion that children, adolescents and the youth are the main users of the Internet. However, the information impact of the Internet on the emerging consciousness, intelligence, life values of younger generation is ambiguous and requires comprehensive and in-depth study. HACs are mitotically stable, non-integrative episomal units that have a large transgene insertion capacity and allow efficient and stable transgene expression. Previously, we have shown that the alphoid-HAC vector does not interfere with the pluripotent state and provides stable transgene expression in human induced pluripotent cells (iPSCs) and mouse embryonic stem cells (ESCs).

Secreted SASP factors can promote the senescence of normal neighboring cells through autocrine/paracrine pathways and regulate the senescence response, as well. Regarding human endometrium-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MESCs), the SASP regulation mechanisms as well as paracrine activity of senescent cells have not been studied yet.

In these studies, constitutively active or inducible variants of these recombinases are expressed under the control of either lineage-specific or ubiquitous promoters. However, there is a need for more advanced schemes that combine these features with possibilities to choose a time point from which lineage tracing starts in an autonomous fashion.

This HAC vector was designed to deliver copies of genes into patients with genetic diseases caused by the loss of a particular gene function. The alphoid-HAC vector has been successfully transferred into murine embryonic stem cells (ESCs) and maintained stably as an independent chromosome during the proliferation and differentiation of these cells.

It has been shown that several primary human cancer cell lines could be reprogrammed to iPSCs. We sought if immortalized mouse fibroblast cell lines could also be reprogrammed to iPSCs.

In this study, the activity of serine peptidases (casein-lytic, mainly trypsin and hemoglobin-lytic, mainly chymotrypsin) of intestinal mucosa, chyme and intestinal microflora in four species of planktivorous (blue bream) and benthivorous (roach, crucian carp, perch) was investigated across a wide temperature range (0-70 °C) to identify adaptations to low temperature. At 0 °C, the relative activity of peptidases of intestinal mucosa (<13%) and usually intestinal microflora (5-12.

Essential differences of temperature characteristics of proteinases of intestinal mucosa and of enteral microbiota are revealed in fish belonging by the nutrition type to different ecologic groups. The character of the t0-function of proteinases of intestinal mucosa and enteral microbiota by casein and hemoglobin as a rule is different.

To create on the basis of these peptides the selective regulators of hormonal signaling systems the relationship between their biological activity and secondary structure are studied. It is assumed that most suitable is a helical conformation, which allows the peptide effectively interact with signaling proteins.

There was revealed a significant difference of dependence of enzyme activities in chyme on temperature in the benthophage roach (a higher level of relative activity in the zone of lower temperatures and a larger zone of temperature optimum) as well as of values of apparent energy of activation of the protein hydrolysis process as compared with that in plankto- and ichthyophages--zope and pike-perch, which indicates a significant effect of the enteral microbiota proteinases and of nutrition objects on characteristics of hydrolases functioning in fish intestine.

Prevalence of smoking, alcohol and drug addiction among school adolescents living in 21 towns of Russian Federation has been obtained in the anonymous questionnaire survey performed in 1991-1992. The investigated cities were divided into groups according to the nearness of the prevalences by the Average Linkage Cluster Analysis. There is dependence of strain acuteness regarding individual substance use components (alcohol, cigarette, narcotic use) in the cities on the spread of loyal attitude of the social environment to the relevant negative habits.
