[The Actual Approaches to Reformation of Medical Organizations Providing Out-Patient Care to Population].

The article presents analysis of the system of organization of primary medical sanitary care in the Russian Federation, its strong and weak aspects are emphasized. The main indices of out-patient care of population and their dynamics are considered. The necessity of system development is substantiated with the purpose of supporting accessibility and quality of medical care in out-patient conditions.

[Social responsibility of the employer for the employees' health and contemporary role of occupational medicine].

Changes taken place over past 15 years in economic and social life of Russia have significant negative influence on workers' health, recovery of labour resources. Sharing responsibility for those problems solution between state and society, employers and employees, medical science and practice is one of the most topical problems.

[Public health service and occupational medicine].

The article tackles problems of public health development, role of industrial hygiene to coordinate public efforts on preservation of national occupational resources. The authors formulated main activity trends of occupational medicine to specify public policy on workers' health preservation, on creation of favorable working environment, on increase of public activities to health preservation at workplace, methods of health services' reorientation for the problem solution.

[Medical and coordination aspects of workers' health care improvement and occupational therapy advances in present economic situation].

Medical and social aspects of workers' health care in present economic situation should be based on a Federal Law? 125 "On mandatory social insurance covering occupational accidents and occupational diseases" accepted in 2000. Medical care for workers could promote further improvement of occupational therapy service, foundation of industrial medicine centers similar to "AutoVAZ" Health Center, specification of new periodic documents on practice of periodic medical examinations, criteria determining disability degree. These measures could improve medical management of workers.

[Organizational and structural principles of the construction of territorial centers of occupational prophylaxis].

In organization-normative period of Russian occupational pathology service establishing expediently to foresee some different levels for territorial occupational pathology institutions with corresponding differentiation for three category. The appointing a category to the occupational pathology centre must be in competence of accreditive-licencive commission, which follows "On system of medical practice licencing in the part concerning occupational pathology".
