Cholelithiasis complicated by cholecystoduodenal fistula and small bowel biliary obstruction is an absolute indication for surgical treatment. Modern possibilities of intraluminal endoscopy (electrohydraulic lithotripsy) made it possible to avoid intra-abdominal access (laparotomy, laparoscopy) and postoperative complications.
