[Usefulness of the Visidex II (Ames) strip test for monitoring insulin therapy at home].

Blood glucose was determined with o-toluidine and Visidex II (Ames) in 234 adult diabetics. The highest conformity of the results in both techniques was achieved in the range of blood glucose concentrations 70-110 mg%.
