MiRNAs regulate follicle development and atresia, steroid production, granulosa cell (GC) proliferation, and apoptosis. However, the target genes and the functioning of novel miRNAs remain unexplored. We reveal the targeting relationship between novel-m0297-5p and and the specific regulatory mechanism of GC proliferation in small-tailed Han sheep using whole transcriptomic sequencing.

The leaves of 'Sakimp005' are initially green, then the middle part appears yellow, then gradually become white, while the edge remains green. In the study, leaves of 'Sakimp005', in four developmental stages (S1-G, S2-C, S3-C, and S4-C), were selected for the determination of pigment content, chromaticity values, integrative metabolomics, and transcriptomics analyses.

However, the impact of global changes on these genes is not well understood. We reviewed 84 studies to examine the effects of nitrogen addition (N), warming (W), increased precipitation (PPT +), decreased precipitation (PPT-), and elevated CO (eCO) on these functional genes.

A retrospective analysis was conducted on thirty infants who underwent abdominal ultrasound and diuretic renography before and after surgery, obtaining preoperative and postoperative gGFRs and uGFRs (measured using ROI from ultrasound technique) determined using the Gates method and ultrasonic-assisted drawing ROI technique, respectively. A comparative study was performed on total GFR as well as individual kidney GFR before and after intervention.

Understanding the regulation of soil iron (Fe) and aluminum (Al) (hydr)oxides, playing a dominant role in mineral protection, on soil organic carbon (SOC) would increase the reliable projections of the feedback of terrestrial ecosystems to global warming. Here, we conducted a continental-scale survey in China (341 sites) and a global synthesis (6786 observations) to reveal the global distributions of Fe/Al (hydr)oxides and their effects on SOC storage in terrestrial ecosystems.

Green credit is a major policy innovation that promotes the transformation of economic development mode and industrial green transformation (IGT). Using provincial panel data from 2005 to 2020, we investigate the effect of green credit on IGT using a systematic GMM model, a dynamic threshold model, as well as the possible nonlinear relationship.

However, developing highly efficient electrocatalysts is necessary and challenging given the slow kinetics of the NORR with an eight-electron transfer process. Here, a CuMnO (CMO)/CeO heterostructure with rich interfaces is designed and fabricated through an electrospinning and postprocessing technique.

However, their unstructured nature in both spatial and temporal domains poses significant challenges to effective and efficient processing. Existing deep point cloud sequence modeling approaches imitate the mature 2D video learning mechanisms by developing complex spatio-temporal point neighbor grouping and feature aggregation schemes, often resulting in methods lacking effectiveness, efficiency, and expressive power.

However, in critically ill patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) accompanied by chronic kidney disease (CKD), the prognostic value of serum phosphate remains unclear.
Methods: Patients' medical records from the Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care IV database who had concomitant CKD and CHD were classified into four distinct groups in this large retrospective observational cohort study based on the quartiles of serum phosphate levels.
The incidence of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is related with perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS), yet the mechanism remains ill-defined. Mounting evidence suggests that ferroptosis plays a crucial role in the initiation of NASH. In this study, we used mice and human hepatocytes L-02 to investigate the role of ferroptosis in PFOS-induced NASH and the effect and molecular mechanism of PFOS on liver ferroptosis.

This study investigates the dynamics and trajectory tracking of quadcopters by utilizing the Disturbance Observer-based Control (DOBC) algorithm. The quadcopter's dynamic model, which consists of six degrees of freedom, includes both disturbances and uncertainties in the model. The DOBC approach incorporates the disturbance model into the system by introducing it at the input variables.

The morphology and chemical structure of the PANi-Ir nanocomposite are characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) measurements. Owing to the strong interaction between Ir nanoparticles and PANi, a remarkable catalytic enhancement is achieved compared to the bare Ir black catalyst and individual PANi NTs, dominating withan electron transfer mechanism.

The development of non-precious metal electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is crucial for generating large-scale hydrogen through water electrolysis. In this work, bimetal phosphides embedded in electrospun carbon nanofibers (P-FeNi/CNFs) were fabricated through a reliable electrospinning-carbonization-phosphidation strategy. The incorporation of P-FeNi nanoparticles within CNFs prevented them from forming aggregation and further improved their electron transfer property.

Herein, Mn-doped RuO (MnRuO) nanofibers (NFs) are constructed to achieve this object, presenting wonderful hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) performances with the overpotentials of only 269 and 461 mV at 1 A cm in 1 m KOH solution, and remarkably stability under industrial demand with 1 A cm, significantly better than the benchmark Pt/C and commercial RuO electrocatalysts, respectively. More importantly, the assembled MnRuO NFs||MnRuO NFs electrolyzer toward overall water splitting reaches the current density of 10 mA cm with a cell voltage of 1.
