Data are presented about modern histomorphological, cytological, radiological methods of diagnostics of malignant lymphoproliferative diseases (illness of Hodgkin). Principles and methods of treatment are presented are charts of polychimiotherapy their quality and amount, sequence of realization of radial therapy. Onkomarker being most perspective and studied presently is described, factors of prognosis at non-Hodgkin's malignant lymphadenomas, illness of Hodgkin, - galectin-1, galectin-3.

Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is one of the most challenging problems in modern oncology. Creation of drugs inhibiting specifically intracellular signal tracks which being activated in its turn lead to oncogenes hyperexpression and inactivating other genes responsible for suppression of oncogenes, leading eventually to a cell's constant proliferation. This method is a new approach for cancer treatment.

Aim: To find out what signal transduction pathways are linked to CD150 in Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL) cell lines, how are they regulated, and to examine the expression of different CD150 splice forms and SH2 domain containing protein D1A (SH2D1A) adaptor protein on mRNA level in HD primary tumors and cell lines.

Methods: The expression of CD150 splicing forms and SH2D1A adaptor protein in HD primary lymphoma tissue and cell lines were analyzed by RT-PCR method. To examine CD150-SH2D1A localization in HD cell lines we performed double immunofluorescent staining of these two proteins.

The material is devoted to using of amifostinum as cytoprotor during polychemotherapy application in patients with malignant lymphomas. 10 patients (5 with lymphogranulomatosis, 4 with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and 1 with Ewing's sarcoma) were receiving along with cytostatic therapy amifostinum. The patients treated with combined therapy had less side effects of polychemotherapy than a control group which had been receiving only polychemotherapy.

Results are submitted of use of propes during different phases of treatment in 36 patients with malignant lymphomas. The above drug is associated with no complications or side effects, inhibits the development of the tumor process. The employment of propes permits enhancing both natural resistance of the organism and its killer activity.

Polychemotherapy is a mainstay in the treatment of lymphoproliferative diseases. At the department of systemic tumour diseases there have been examined as many as 63 patients with malignant lymphomas; individual sensibility was studied to antitumour drug preparations as recommended by V. P.

Lennert's lymphoma is a malignant lymphoproliferative disease first described by K. Lennert in 1966. Morphological manifestation of the disease is the presence of Hodgkin-, Berezovsky-Sternberg cells which are arranged at the background of lymphoid series cells, neutrophils, epithelioid cellular elements in the histological preparation.

The authors present a histomorphological, cytological and cytochemical study of lymph node biopsy material from 4 patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This rarely occurring lymphomas revealed a large number of giant cells with mitoses. The histiocytic nature of the cells was confirmed cytoenzymologically.

It was established that radiation treatment followed by 1-2 courses of polychemotherapy proved optimal in the management of the first recurrences of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas with a favourable course of the local character. It is concluded that in the treatment of the first recurrences of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas choice of the treatment tactics should depend on the cytomorphological variant of the primary tumour, character of the recurrence.
