The self-quenching fluorogenic probe facilitates precise identification of LAMP (loop-mediated isothermal amplification) amplicons, unaffected by non-specific products resulting from primer dimers. However, low quenching efficiency by surrounding nucleobases leads to high background signal, posing significant challenges for visual inspection with the naked eye. The present study aims to identify an oligonucleotide sequence that is complementary to the self-quenching fluorogenic probe, and to employ the fluorescence super-quenching mechanism of double-stranded DNA to establish a visualization system for the LAMP assay.

To analyze the impact of the marine environment on the relative abundance of (high and low categories) in the southwest Atlantic, this study collected logbook data from Chinese pelagic trawlers from December 2014 to June 2024, including vessel position data and oceanographic variables such as sea surface temperature, 50 m and 100 m water temperature, sea surface salinity, sea surface height, chlorophyll-a concentration, and mixed layer depth. An embedded obstacle-type micromixer-concentration gradient generator based on capillary self-driven is proposed and studied. Herringbone structure (HS) for mixing and palisade-shape small channels at the outlet are designed in the device (named HS).
