Intestinal T-cell lymphoma not otherwise specified: a case report and literature review.

Intestinal T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified (ITCL, NOS), primarily affects the small bowel but can involve the stomach and large bowel. This report presents an uncommon case of ITCL, NOS in a patient affecting the large bowel, supported by a literature review. An 87-year-old female presented with abdominal pain, fever, vomiting and weight loss.

Primary Ewing sarcoma of the liver: Diagnosis, management, and prognosis: A case report and literature review.

Ewing's sarcoma tumors (ES) are a rare entity exceptionally localized on the liver. We report a case of an ES of the liver in a 26-year-old man who presented with abdominal pain. The diagnosis was confirmed with a histopathological examination of the left hepatectomy specimen and adjuvant chemotherapy was received.

Background: Fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma (FL-HCC) is a rare variant of hepatocellular carcinoma that commonly affects young individuals without a prior history of liver disease. The principal differential diagnosis is conventional hepatocellular carcinoma especially the scirrhous variant. Despite their distinctive appearance, recent studies have demonstrated a lack of consistency in how FL-HCC are diagnosed by pathologists.
