Intestinal T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified (ITCL, NOS), primarily affects the small bowel but can involve the stomach and large bowel. This report presents an uncommon case of ITCL, NOS in a patient affecting the large bowel, supported by a literature review. An 87-year-old female presented with abdominal pain, fever, vomiting and weight loss.
