Malignant transformation of cancer is often accompanied by aberrant glycopatterns. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is a crucial biological process in cancer migration and invasion, accelerating cancer deterioration. High-precision analysis of protein-glycan spatial profiling in the EMT process is essential for elucidating glycosylation functions and cancer progression.

However, a large proportion of patients still do not benefit from this treatment, due to low tumor immunogenicity and low tumor penetration of the agents. Recently, neutrophil elastase has been shown to induce robust tumor immunogenicity, while the insufficient enzyme activity at the tumor site restricted its anti-tumor application.

After the addition of DOX, the fluorescence of Eu/Zr-MOF was quenched owing to the inner filter effect (IFE). When Arg was introduced into the Eu/Zr-MOF@DOX complex system, the fluorescence was recovered because the interaction between Arg and Eu/Zr-MOF@DOX weakened the IFE.

NSE-4 Kleisin is critical for both the organization and function of the SMC5/6 complex, bridging NSE1 and NSE3 (MAGE related) with the head domains of the SMC5 and SMC6 proteins. Despite the conservation in protein sequence, no functional relevance of the NSE-4 homologous protein (NSE-4) in has been reported.

Despite the ever-growing endangerment caused by the multidrug resistance (MDR) of bacteria, the development of effective antibacterial materials still remains a global challenge. Current antibiotic therapies cannot simultaneously inactivate bacteria and accelerate wound healing. This study aimed to originally separate the intercalation of MnO and the oxidation processes to synthesize epoxy-rich graphene oxide (erGO) nanofilms via an eco-friendly synthetic route, which possessed low density and large lamellar distribution and was rich in epoxide.
