Current study aim to explore Karanjin (Kar) isolated from the seeds of Pongamia pinnata as a potential antiviral polyphenol against Newcastle disease virus (NDV) through comprehensive investigations. For the in vitro study, plaque assays, gene and protein expression were used to analyse the inhibitory impact of Kar on NDV, where it reduced NDV replication as shown by a 13-fold suppression of the hemagglutinin-neuraminidase (HN) gene and decrease about 60% in virus activity. The tunability and controllability of conductance quantization mediated multilevel resistive switching (RS) memory devices, fabricated in crossbar geometry can be a promising alternative for boosting storage density. Here, we report fabrication of Cu/TiO/Pt based RS devices in 8 × 8 crossbar geometry, which showed reliable bipolar RS operations.
