Oculomotor characteristics, including accuracy, timing, and sensorimotor processing, are considered sensitive intermediate phenotypes for understanding the etiology of neurodevelopmental conditions, such as autism and ADHD. Oculomotor characteristics have predominantly been studied separately in autism and ADHD. Despite the high rates of co-occurrence between these conditions, only one study has investigated oculomotor processes among those with co-occurring autism + ADHD.

Despite histopathology being the gold standard, the outcomes of ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration cytology are encouraging. Aims and objective The purpose of the study is to determine the diagnostic utility of ultrasonography (USG) or computerized tomography (CT)-guided FNAC in the detection of liver lesions, to investigate cytomorphological patterns of liver lesions identified by guided FNAC, and, wherever feasible, to correlate FNAC diagnosis with histopathology and imaging modalities.

DNA methylation patterns silence gene expression by blocking transcription factor binding, while histone modifications alter chromatin structure and affect DNA accessibility. Livestock-specific histone modifications contribute to gene expression and genome stability.

The aim of the present study is to determine the prevalence and review the contributing comorbidities and the precipitating factors leading to the emergence of the fungal infections in COVID-19-affected patients. To assess the utility of different laboratory techniques for confirmation of fungal infections.

Herein, we report such a presentation in a farmer who presented with ulcerated nodules over the right leg and swelling of the right foot. Potassium hydroxide (KOH) preparation and histopathological examination of biopsy from nodule revealed characteristic sclerotic bodies on Gomori methenamine silver and periodic acid Schiff stain (PAS), which confirmed the diagnosis of chromoblastomycosis.

The study included a total of 1340 cattle for calculating the incidence of reproductive disorders and analysed the occurrence of different reproductive disorders. In the present study, retention of placenta had highest frequency, accounting for approximately 18.

Smoking has a profound effect on platelet morphology and activation and has also been shown to affect hemostasis, coagulation, and healing cascade. To date, no previous reports are available to assess the impact of cigarette smoke on leukocyte- and platelet-rich fibrin (L-PRF) and advanced platelet-rich fibrin (A-PRF) membranes. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the impact of cigarette smoking on the mechanical and biologic properties of L-PRF and A-PRF membranes.

It is arguably one of the critical steps in forensic investigation. Recent addition of analyzing biochemical changes along with the traditional methods have gained importance, as they help us to record very early changes in the tissue specimens.

Foreign body aspiration in adults without any background risk factors is uncommon. We report a 64 year gentleman evaluated for persistent cough incidentally detected to have a foreign body (FB) in the left main bronchus (LMB), which after removal by rigid bronchoscopy turned out to be a tablet. This demonstrates the possible risk of silent aspiration of solid foreign bodies and in our case presenting as a persistent cough after months of aspiration.
