Background: Axillary Osmidrosis is highly prevalent and occurr in adolescents, bilateral onset, its pathogenesis is related to abnormal secretion function of apocrine glands, with a significant genetic predisposition, the patient's bilateral armpit area can smell a spicy pungent odor, although it does not affect the health, but it is inconvenient to life, socialize. Patients are often accompanied by low self-esteem and urgently require treatment, and most of them have the requirement of minimally invasive treatment and minimal scarring.

Method: In this study, we aimed to evaluate the efficacy of minimally invasive treatment of axillary osmidrosis with refined negative pressure-assisted rubbing suction technique.

Objective: This study investigates the efficacy of the combination of extracellular matrix/stromal vascular fraction gel (ECM/SVF-gel) and vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) on chronic wounds.

Methods: From February 2021 to February 2022, 20 patients with chronic wounds were recruited and were divided into experimental and control groups, with 10 patients in each group. Following debridement, we applied various treatments to all cases for 2 weeks.

Background: We aimed to construct a novel epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT)-related gene pairs (ERGPs) signature to predict overall survival (OS) in skin cutaneous melanoma (CM) patients.

Methods: Expression data of the relevant genes, corresponding clinicopathological parameters, and follow-up data were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas database. Univariate Cox regression analysis was utilized to identify ERGPs significantly associated with OS, and LASSO analysis was used to identify the genes used for the construction of the ERGPs signature.

Background: The main mechanism of keloid formation is that keloid fibroblasts (KFs) apoptosis is inhibited, leading to excessive proliferation. Transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) is a key signal molecule in the process of regulating cell fibrosis. This paper discusses the effect of adipose-derived stem cell exosomes (ADSCs-EXO) on the proliferation and apoptosis of KFS and its possible mechanism, in order to provide reference for the clinical intervention of hypertrophic scar.
