Background: Although communication and counseling skills are essential for nursing profession, specific educational program are not so widespread.
Aim: Evaluation of the improvement of Counseling skills as a result of a specific training.
Methods: A multi-center pilot study with pre-post test design with a convenience sample of 65 students was carried out.
Aim: The aim of the study is to measure 3rd year students' ability on decision making before and after the internship, where different educational strategies were experienced evaluating self perceived clients satisfaction.
Methods: This is a quasi-experimental pre-post intervention study 14 students of the 3rd year was asked to elaborate six clinical cases, for a total of 84 health care plans both before and after the clinical internship. During the internship discussions led by tutors, briefing and debriefing sessions once a week were set up and health care plans developed by students were used.

Introduction: There are very few studies that investigate the capacity for empathy in nursing population. The aim of this study is to analyze the capacity for empathy of nurses serving in the surgical area in relation to gender, age, education and length of service.
Materials And Methods: The study is descriptive-observational, on a sample of 60 nurses.
