Background: Disease registries are one of the important steps in the development of health information systems. The aim of this study was to compare epilepsy registration systems in the United States, England, and Australia and propose a National Epilepsy Registry System for Iran.
Materials And Methods: This study was a descriptive-comparative study conducted between 2020 and 2023, which involved the following steps: identification and selected countries with advanced registry systems in the world and Identification of their characteristics and comparison with each other.
Background: The minimum data set (MDS) is one of the important steps in the development of health care information systems. According to the Ministry of Health in Iran, a central and national registry along with Parkinson's MDS (PMDS) has not yet existed. So, this research was conducted to establish a PMDS in Iran.

At present, the solutions to prevent bedsore include using various techniques for movement and displacement of patients, which is not possible for some patients or dangerous for some of them while it also poses problems for health care providers. Background: Disease registry is a database that includes information about people suffering a special kind of disease. The aim of this study was to first identify and compare the National Renal Disease Registry (NRDR) characteristics in some countries with Iran; and second, develop a provisional and NRDR for Iran.
Materials And Methods: Retrieval of data of the NRDR was performed by scholars responsible in related agencies, including the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, Renal Disease charity, and data registries in the United States, United Kingdom, Malaysia, and Iran.
Background: Lean management is a process improvement technique to identify waste actions and processes to eliminate them. The benefits of Lean for healthcare organizations are that first, the quality of the outcomes in terms of mistakes and errors improves. The second is that the amount of time taken through the whole process significantly improves.
