Objective: This research was conducted to analyze the effect of cryopreservation of sperm using modified cryoprotectants on embryo development through fertilization (IVF). In this research, three types of cryoprotectant combinations were compared, including Nakagata, modified cryoprotectant, and commercial (Kitazato).
Materials And Methods: Several parameters, namely sperm concentration, motility, morphology, plasma membrane integrity, cryo-survival rate, and viability rate, were measured and compared before vitrification and warming.
Objective: The secretome, comprising bioactive chemicals released by mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), holds therapeutic promise in regenerative medicine. This review aimed to explore the therapeutic potential of the MSC secretome in regenerative urology, particularly for treating erectile dysfunction (ED), and to provide an overview of preclinical and clinical research on MSCs in ED treatment and subsequently to highlight the rationales, mechanisms, preclinical investigations, and therapeutic potential of the MSC secretome in this context.
Methods: The review incorporated an analysis of preclinical and clinical research involving MSCs in the treatment of ED.
Background: Beta thalassemia is a lifelong disease involving malformed red blood cells (RBC). One of the disease's complications is hypogonadism, in which adults tend to exhibit regression in sexual characteristics, experience sexual dysfunction, and therefore have a lower quality of life. Around 3-10% of the Indonesian population carries the beta-thalassemia gene.

These decisions affected fertilization (IVF) programs worldwide. Therefore, it is essential to map the readiness of IVF clinics in providing safety in this situation and in the future.

Therefore, this study is to compare sperm parameters of infertile patients with or without COVID-19 infection and the effect of COVID-19 vaccine types on them. Semen samples of infertile patients were collected consecutively at Universitas Indonesia - Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (Jakarta, Indonesia).

Methods: This research used Mus musculus, six-week-old female SWISS strain mice divided into three groups (group without soybean administration and groups with mixed feed with soybeans and pelleted 50:50 and 25:75). Soybean feed for mice was 360 grams per kilogram of mouse body weight for 2 weeks.
Infertility affects ∼15%-20% of couples. Of the 16.7% infertility rate reported based on Word Health Organisation questionnaire data, 6.

Its biochemical and functional consequences include altered ATPase activity. This study investigated the activities of Na, K-ATPase and Ca-ATPase and the expression of Na, K-ATPase α4 and PMCA4 isoforms in human sperm of asthenozoospermic infertile men.

Context: The development of a safe and effective reversible method of male contraception is still an unmet need.
Objective: Evaluation of suppression of spermatogenesis and contraceptive protection by coadministered im injections of progestogen and testosterone.
Design: Prospective multicentre study.
Unlabelled: This study aimed to evaluate sperm chromatin maturity and integrity of that injected into good-quality oocytes in an in vitro fertilization-intra cytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF-ICSI) program. A cut-off value of sperm chromatin maturity and integrity was developed as a function of their correlation to the zygote development, i.e.

Methods: suppression of rat sperm concentration through increased apoptotic germ cells by in vivo administration of a long-acting androgen composed of a combination of testosterone undecanoate (TU) and depot medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA) was performed. Adult Sprague-Dawley rats received 2.
