Article Synopsis
  • A 7-year-old girl with a history of headaches experienced unusual neurological symptoms after episodes of hyperventilation, including aphasia and weakness on one side of her body.

Ultrasound measurement in the first trimester is the gold standard for GA determination. In low- and middle-income countries elevated costs, lack of skills and poor maternal access to health service limit the availability of prenatal ultrasonography, making it necessary to use alternative methods.
