Lung adenosquamous carcinoma (ASC) is a rare biphasic malignant tumor with squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and adenocarcinoma (AC) components. ASC is reported to be aggressive; the most common metastatic sites are the regional lymph nodes and surrounding areas.
