Homogenization simulation of material extruded lattice structures.

The paper investigates the mechanical behavior of structural elements of a material extruded component using a multiscale analysis based on a homogenization method. The development and validation of a homogenization model start with designing a tailor-made lattice structure. The material model is described using elastoplastic properties and Hill's yield criterion.
