The strength of natural clay can be improved with epoxy resins. However, nanoscale curing mechanisms remain poorly understood, which is essential for enhancing stability. In this study, molecular dynamics simulation was employed to calculate the quantity of interface hydrogen bonds, adsorption energy, radius of gyration, and mechanical properties of clay cured by diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A epoxy resin (DGEBA), diglycidyl ether 4,4'-dihydroxy diphenyl sulfone (DGEDDS), and Aliphatic epoxidation of olefin resin (AEOR).

Ultrasound-guided injections of the greater occipital nerve (GON) and the third occipital nerve (TON) are effective in the treatment of CEH, as is meridian sinew tuina for the treatment of CEH, but the evidence of clinical efficacy of combining these two therapies is valid. Therefore, we have designed a randomized controlled trial with the aim of investigating the efficacy and safety of ultrasound localization meridian sinew tuina combined with GON and TON injections for the treatment of CEH.

Methods: A cross-sectional study of 520 subjects was conducted in Shanghai, China in 2020. Plasma samples were collected and screened for KSHV, HIV, HBV, HCV, and syphilis.
The non-viral gene delivery system is an attractive alternative to cancer therapy. The clinical success of non-viral gene delivery is hampered by transfection efficiency and tumor targeting, which can be individually overcome by addition of functional modules such as cell penetration or targeting. Here, we first engineered the multifunctional gelatin/silica (GS) nanovectors with separately controllable modules, including tumor-targeting aptamer AGRO100, membrane-destabilizing peptide HA2, and polyethylene glycol (PEG), and then studied their bio-distribution and in vivo transfection efficiencies by contrast resonance imaging (CRI).
