Unlabelled: The aim of this study was to review our experience in applying acetylcholinesterase histochemistry for diagnosing colonic dysganglionoses in children.
Patients And Methods: We analyzed acetylcholinesterase histochemistry results of rectal biopsy specimens obtained from 85 children.
