Primary management of pelvic fracture urethral injury in a woman: challenges and outcome.

Literature on the management of pelvic fracture urethral injuries (PFUI) in women is scarce. We present a case of PFUI in a woman.A woman in her 50s presented with lower abdominal pain, bleeding per vaginum and inability to void following road traffic accident.
