 Progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) is a neurodegenerative disorder which comes under Parkinsonism plus syndrome. As this spectrum of disease has many overlapping clinical as well as imaging findings, some quantitative parameters like magnetic resonance Parkinsonism index and midbrain/pons ratio are useful to differentiate PSP from other PD patients.  The study aimed to detect sensitivity and specificity of magnetic resonance Parkinsonism index in differentiating PSP from PD.

Morel-Lavallee lesions are closed degloving soft tissue injuries which occur because of trauma and in which the skin and subcutaneous tissue are separated from superficial fascia. This shear trauma results in creation of a potential space filled with serosanguinous fluid, blood and necrotic fat. We discuss a case of 52-year-old female with history of trauma one week back, who presented with a boggy swelling over the postero-lateral aspect of proximal forearm and distal arm.

Turner's syndrome is a chromosomal disorder with 45 X0 due to absence of a set of gene from the short arm of X chromosome. The incidence of Turner's syndrome is 1 in 2500 live births. Primary amenorrhea is well known in Turner's syndrome, the reason being streak ovaries; but mullerian agenesis as a cause of primary amenorrhea in Turner's syndrome is a very rare entity.
