Molecular mechanism of enhancing antitumor activity through the interaction between monosaccharides and human serum albumin.

This study investigated the molecular mechanisms of the interactions between three antitumor active monosaccharides and human serum albumin (HSA) using spectroscopic and electrochemical analyses, supplemented by molecular docking simulations. The antitumor efficacy of these monosaccharides can be significantly enhanced by covalent drug coupling, while HSA, with its long half-life and low immunogenicity, provides new opportunities for the development of advanced antitumor drug delivery systems. The results showed that these monosaccharides effectively burst the fluorescence of HSA.

Melt-quenched glass formation of a family of metal-carboxylate frameworks.

Metal-organic framework (MOF) glasses are an emerging class of glasses which complement traditional inorganic, organic and metallic counterparts due to their hybrid nature. Although a few zeolitic imidazolate frameworks have been made into glasses, how to melt and quench the largest subclass of MOFs, metal carboxylate frameworks, into glasses remains challenging. Here, we develop a strategy by grafting the zwitterions on the carboxylate ligands and incorporating organic acids in the framework channels to enable the glass formation.

The study aimed to explore the mechanism and targets of Shenfu Injection in the regulation of inflammatory injury in chronic heart failure rats based on the high mobility group box-1/Toll like receptor 4/nuclear factor kappa-B(HMGB1/TLR4/NF-κB) signaling pathway. MOF-supported crystalline ionic liquid: new type of solid electrolyte for enhanced and high ionic conductivity.

Solid-state electrolyte (SSE) is crucial for a high-performance all-solid-state battery. Here, a new solid sodium electrolyte based on the ionic liquid EIMS-NaTFSI and one metal-organic framework (MOF) UiO-67-MIMS functionalized with zwitterion groups MIMS was obtained (UiO-67 and was assembled with 4,4'-biphenyldicarboxylate linker and cluster ZrO(OH)) (EIMS = 1-(1-ethyl-3-imidazolio)propane-3-sulfonate, NaTFSI = sodium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide, MIMS = 1-(1-mthyl-3-imidazolio)propane-3-sulfonate). By contacting and pairing EIMS-NaTFSI (abbreviated as EN-1) to the MIMS group on the framework, EN-1 was directed and arranged along the channels within UiO-67-MIMS, forming a solid composite EN-1@UiO-67-MIMS with Bragg scatter, , a crystalline ionic liquid containing Na salts (NaTFSI).

[Application of real world study and human use experience in research and development of new traditional Chinese medicine drugs].

Real world study(RWS) refers to the process of collecting real world data related to the health of research subjects in the real world environment for pre-set clinical problems and obtaining the status of drug use and potential benefits/risks through analysis. The data are derived from the hospital information system(HIS), medical insurance system, disease registration system, adverse drug reaction monitoring system, etc. Human use experience of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is a new concept put forward by experts after summarizing the problems existing in clinical trials of new TCM drugs.

[Animal model analysis of rheumatoid arthritis based on clinical characteristics of Chinese and Western medicine].

[Consensus on collaborative ethical review of multi-center clinical trials of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine (version 1.0)].

At present, the issues regarding multi-center clinical trials of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) remain: the lack of agreement on the content and scope of the ethical review among the ethics committee members of the center and the participating units results in repeated review, which leads to a time-consuming ethical review process. Moreover, the review capabilities of the ethics committees of various research centers are uneven, which is not necessarily beneficial to the protection of subjects' rights and safety. In view of the existing problems, to improve the efficiency of ethical review of multi-center clinical trials of new drugs of TCM and avoid repeated reviews, the TCM Clinical Evaluation Professional Committee of Chinese Pharmaceutical Association organized experts to formulate the "Consensus on collaborative ethical review of multi-center clinical trials of new drugs of TCM(version 1.

[Development of clinical trial of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicines].

The relevant laws and regulations of drug clinical trials were introduced in this paper. It is pointed out that with drug re-gulatory laws and technological advances, clinical trials have become an important link in the development of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicines(TCM). Clinical trials of new drugs of TCM must comply with the requirement of "Good Clinical Practice for Trial on Medicinal Products".

Evaluation on immediate analgesic efficacy and safety of Kai-Hou-Jian spray (children's type) in treating sore throat caused by acute pharyngitis and tonsillitis in children: study protocol for a randomized controlled trial.
