Shaking, essential in oolong tea production, is becoming an innovative method to impart floral fragrance. Research on shaking primarily concentrates on biological underpinnings, including modifications in gene expression and stress-triggered enzymatic catalysis, and consequent physicochemical properties. Water phase and distribution, reshaped by shaking and affected the biological and physicochemical alterations of tea leaves, is always ignored.

5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) is one of several chemotherapeutic agents in clinical use as a standard of care to treat colorectal cancers (CRCs). As an antimetabolite, 5-FU inhibits thymidylate synthase to disrupt the synthesis and repair of DNA and RNA. The cingulate motor areas are a recently discovered group of discrete cortical regions located in the cingulate sulcus with direct connections to the primary motor cortex and spinal cord. Although much is known about their anatomical relationship with other motor areas, relatively little is known about their functional neurophysiology.
