Background: Lung cancer has been one of the most deadly illnesses all over the world, and radiotherapy can be an effective approach for treating lung cancer. Now, mathematical model has been extended to many biomedical fields to give a hand for analysis, evaluation, prediction, and optimization.
Methods: In this paper, we propose a multicomponent mathematical model for simulating the lung cancer growth as well as radiotherapy treatment for lung cancer.
Objective: To observe the effects of Ganoderma lucidum Spores (GLS) on proliferation and growth cycle in the human hepatoma cell line (HepG2 cells), and study its possible mechanism of activities.
Methods: The growth inhibition of GLS on HepG2 cells was detected by MTT assay. The DNA contents and the distribution of cell cycle were analyzed by flow cytometry.

Objective: To explore the inhibition effect of river clam extract LX01 on human lung epithelial carcinoma (A549) in mice.
Methods: The inhibition ratio of LX01 on A549 was detected by MTT method. A549 was inoculated into BALB/c mice, and 2 days later, LX01 (50, 100, 200 mg/kg.
