Carbon-based all-inorganic perovskite solar cells (C-PSCs) are promising alternatives compared with conventional organic-inorganic halide PSCs because of their good thermal stability. However, low carrier transport efficiency and energy level mismatch of the upper interface of the device limit the further improvement of power conversion efficiency (PCE), and all-inorganic perovskites are extremely sensitive to oxygen and humidity, which seriously damages the long-term stability of the device. Upper interface modification is an effective solution to improve the PCE and the stability of devices.

The WYMV P1 protein encoded by RNA2 has viral suppressor of RNA silencing (VSR) activity to facilitate virus infection, however, VSR activity has not been identified for P2 protein encoded by RNA2. In this study, P2 protein exhibited strong VSR activity in Nicotiana benthamiana at the four-leaf stage, and point mutants P70A and G230A lost VSR activity.

NRF2 (NFE2L2) is a transcription factor mainly for regulating cellular antioxidant response and therefore promotes tumor progression. The target genes of NRF2 also play important roles in cellular processes including glucose metabolism, de novo serine synthesis, iron metabolism, etc. Here, by modulating NRF2 expression in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) cells, we showed that NRF2 regulated EGF expression at protein level.

Despite therapeutic advancements in recent years, the overall survival time of LUAD patients still remains poor, especially KRAS mutant LUAD. Therefore, it is necessary to further explore novel targets and drugs to improve the prognos is for LUAD.

Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (NFE2L2, also known as NRF2) is key for cellular antioxidant responses, which promotes downstream genes transcription by binding to their antioxidant response elements (AREs). Numerous studies suggest that NRF2 assumes an extremely important role in the regulation of ferroptosis, for its various functions in iron, lipid, and amino acid metabolism, and so on.

However, the original proposal using polarization encoding is sensitive to polarization rotations stemming from birefringence in fibers or misalignment. To overcome this problem, here we propose a robust QKD protocol without detector vulnerabilities based on decoherence-free subspaces using polarization-entangled photon pairs.

The activation of mutant in combination with the inactivation of and abnormally increases NRF2 expression, while high NRF2 confers LUAD cell resistance to ferroptosis.

This significant difference in the valence fixed-node biases is studied across a set of atoms, molecules, and also Si, C solid crystals. We show that the key features which affect the fixed-node errors are the differences in electron density and the degree of node nonlinearity.
