We designed the Cancer Rehabilitation Questionnaire (CRQ) to investigate the prevalence of functional impairments amongst cancer survivors and attitudes towards rehabilitation participation. We evaluated the performance of CRQ as a screening tool for detecting clinically important physical dysfunction.
