With the continuous development of intelligent transportation systems, traffic safety has become a major societal concern, and vehicle trajectory anomaly detection technology has emerged as a crucial method to ensure safety. However, current technologies face significant challenges in handling spatiotemporal data and multi-feature fusion, including difficulties in big data processing, and have room for improvement in these areas. To address these issues, this paper proposes a novel method that combines autoencoders, Mahalanobis distance, and dynamic Bayesian networks for anomaly detection.

Although China has achieved stage victory against the epidemic, the impact and influence of the epidemic on China's economy will linger. On the positive side, the epidemic has led to a dramatic reduction in air pollution levels and a sharp slowdown in greenhouse gas emissions such as CO.

The prediction of e-waste and its precious metal content is of great significance to the realisation of China's circular economy. In this work, the generation mechanism of e-waste is firstly deduced to determine model characteristics suitable for its prediction.

Methods: The Bifidobacterium infantis-mediated sKDR prokaryotic expression system was constructed through electroporation and subsequently identified through PCR and Western blot analysis. HUVECs were added to the products of this system to evaluate the anti-angiogenesis effect through MTT assay in vitro.
This study sought to construct recombinant eukaryotic plasmid pcDNA3. 1-sFlt-1 and observe its effect on proliferation of vascular endothelial cells. Total RNA was extracted from human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) firstly.

Objective: To construct Bifidobacterium Infantis-mediated sKDR gene transferring system and to investigate its effect on the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells.
Methods: sKDR gene amplified through PCR, and pET32a plasmid extracted from E. coli JM109 were digested respectively by two kinds of restriction enzyme (EcoR I and Xho I) and then were connected by T4 DNA Ligase.
Background: Ginsenoside Rg3, a saponin extracted from ginseng, inhibits angiogenesis. The combination of low-dose chemotherapy and anti-angiogenic inhibitors suppresses growth of experimental tumors more effectively than conventional therapy or anti-angiogenic agent alone. The present study was designed to evaluate the efficacy of low-dose gemcitabine combined with ginsenoside Rg3 on angiogenesis and growth of established Lewis lung carcinoma in mice.
