A 90-year-old male underwent total gastrectomy for gastric cancer 10 months earlier. The cancer was pathologically diagnosed as Stage ⅢA. Preoperative serum CA19-9 level was as high as 1,326 U/mL, but quickly decreased after surgery.

She was diagnosed with gastric cancer with metastasis to the navel and underwent total gastrectomy and navel extraction.
