Hybrid Resorbable 3D-Printed Mesh/Electrospun Nanofibrous Drug/Biomolecule-Eluting Mats for Alveolar Ridge Preservation.

In this research study, we developed hybrid resorbable three-dimensional (3D)-printed mesh/electrospun nanofibrous biomolecule-eluting mats for alveolar ridge preservation. The fabrication process involved the use of 3D printing and coaxial electrospinning technologies. Specifically, we utilized a lab-developed solution-extrusion 3D printer to fabricate polycaprolactone (PCL) meshes.
