The study was aimed to formulate and evaluate apremilast-loaded zinc oxide-mesoporous silica nanoparticles for treatment of psoriasis. Mesoporous silica nanoparticles were prepared by using sol-gel method and evaluated for particle size, drug release, cytotoxicity study and pharmacodynamic study.
