Background And Aim: The selection criteria and long-term outcomes of endoscopic therapy (ET) for gastric neuroendocrine tumors (G-NETs) remain controversial.

Methods: Using Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) Program database, we assessed the prevalence of metastasis of early G-NETs and long-term outcomes of ET in G-NET patients with good/moderate differentiation and no muscularis propria (MP) involvement.

Results: A total of 2207 patients with stage T1 and T2 G-NETs were included.

Objective: To evaluate 5-Aza-CdR's inhibited effects on migration, proliferation, and apoptosis in colon cancer cells and its potential mechanisms.

Methods: HCT-116, SW480, and SW620 were divided into HCT116 group, HCT116+5-Aza-CdR group, SW480 group, SW480+5-Aza-CdR group, SW620 group and SW620+5-Aza according to experimental needs. MTT test was chosen to investigate cell proliferation; Transwell test was used to evaluate cell migration; scratch assay was used to investigate cell invasion; flow cytometry was used to investigate apoptosis; immunofluorescence assay was used to investigate the protein level of DNMT1 and RASSF1A in cells; qRT-PCR was used to examine DNMT1, RASSF1A, RAS, Raf1, MEK, Grb2 and ERK transcription levels.

Objective: To study the relationships of hypoxia-induced factor (HIF) with tumor angiogenesis and early liver metastasis in colonic cancer.

Methods: Thirty three cases of colon cancer undergoing radical surgery were divided into two groups according to liver metastasis or not within half a year after operation. Expressions of HIF and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were examined using immunohistochemical method and tumor microvessel density (MVD) was measured in colonic cancer specimens.
